CONTROLLER SYSTEM

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

The Cube Test Controller enables the fully automatic control of a hydraulic press for the testing of concrete cubes. 

Measurement:

The hydraulic pressure in the test piston is proportional to the force exerted by the piston on the test sample. A pressure transducer is connected to the pressure line, and provides an electrical signal proportional to the pressure, and to the force.

The controller amplifies this signal, and converts it to a digital value in units of force(kN) which is displayed on the front-panel LCD alphanumeric display.
